Provides quick and symmetric bread slicing for the companies there are gross bread consumption and production.
Easily slices breads from 50 gr. to 2,5 kg.
Automatically stops at the end of slicing.
Slices the bread without needing any pressure since the knife system is horizontal and different from other machines.

Surfaces in contact with the bread during the slicing are made of stainless steel and are sanitary.
