The principal use conditions are :\r\n\r\nHigh level signal for silos and hoppers. \r\n\r\nHigh level signal for stockpilings. \r\n\r\nBlocking in the charge/discharge areas of the conveyor belts. \r\n\r\nSignal of material presence of lacking on the belt. \r\n\r\nIn other applications where the effect is the tilt of the probe. \r\n\r\nAccessories :\r\n\r\nTwo accessories are foreseen to apply to the probe :\r\n\r\nStainless steel finning to extend the supporting surface with very light material. \r\n\r\nRubber blade for extension or anti-abrasion. \r\n\r\nResistor Tilt Switch Probe - It is a probe sensitive to the conductive resistance of the material.\r\n\r\nApplications :\r\n\r\nIt is used for high and low level signals.\r\n\r\nThe measure principle is on the resistance change, caused by the presence or absence of material between the probe and the inner silo surface.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nTILT SWITCH CONTROL UNIT\r\n\r\nThe Control Unit is made up of an electronic board that includes and amplifier, a time delay circuit and a circuit to permit the output of a relay. it can be used for outdoor installation, in a watertight enclosure with two lamps: one for normal operation and one for alarm in the front cover.\r\n\r\n
